About Lesson

INTRODUCTION

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

New habits are easiest to learn when approached in a structured manner. That’s why in this program, we also follow a fixed structure. This way, you know what to expect and it becomes easier to stick with it. Each week, you’ll encounter the same components

  • In the introduction, I’ll let you know what we’ll be discussing that week.
  • We start the week with a weekly challenge that helps you focus on what’s most important this week.
  • I believe that the better you understand something, the easier it becomes to adapt your behavior accordingly, so I’ve added a theory section to tell you what I feel is necessary to understand.
  • Every week you’ll get an assignment that forms the core of the work at hand.
  • At the end of the week, in the evaluation, you’ll look back on what you’ve learned, discovered, and improved.

Recovery takes time. Don’t forget to be kind to yourself in the process! If after eight weeks you feel like you haven’t found enough balance yet, you can download the weekly schedules again and keep filling them out. Take your time!
